      "An Act relating to a security freeze on the consumer credit report                                                       
      of a minor, incapacitated person, or protected person."

Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSSB 121(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                            
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
